How I work

Empathy on both sides
For the user, of course, but also for whoever handed me the work. I put myself in a manager's or client's shoes to work out what problem I'm really solving.

I own the outcome, not just my slice of it. I make the decisions within my remit and stand behind how they land.

I'd never step over a colleague to get ahead. I split the work fairly and collaborate as openly and honestly as I can, always ready to hear out the team and the client.
