- Redesigned Spec27, Safe Intelligence's AI-evaluation platform: corrected its structural model and cut the 0→1 set-up flow from ~30–40 steps to 7.
- Skipped the Figma hand-off: with fast AI prototyping I gave engineering a dev-ready kit (HTML, CSS and JS) so they could implement the rebuild inside a strict deadline. The new design shipped on time and drew 500+ sign-ups.
- Client lead on a two-market competitive benchmark for a French bank: ran delivery with a two-person research team, 14 platform analyses across Spain and Portugal.
- Unified a regulated bank's trading, payments and everyday flows onto the bank's own design language.

- Cut material use 15% by redesigning an industrial product to meet 2030 EU plastic regulations, preserving function and durability.
- Managed the project's budget and timeline; delivered on both despite COVID constraints.
One designer for the whole project.
For the user, of course, but also for whoever handed me the work. I put myself in a manager's or client's shoes to work out what they need from me, what problem I'm really solving, and why I'm paid to solve it.
I own the outcome, not just my slice of it. I make the decisions within my remit and stand behind how they land. I flag early only what genuinely sits outside it, like budget, so nothing stalls on me.
I'd never step over a colleague to get ahead. It comes down to getting on, splitting the work fairly, and collaborating as openly and honestly as I can, always ready to hear out the team and the client.
Always after something new, and always trying to get sharper at whatever's in front of me.
Efficiency over most things. If a step exists for no good reason, it goes.
